With over 35 years’ worth of experience in filtration, Croft Filters understand that each process is different. This is why we specialise in bespoke Cone Filters, rather than off-the-shelf products. We can work to an existing drawing or prototype to deliver the custom solution, or advise on the filter design when specifications are unknown.

Typically each Cone Filter is composed of a custom punched perforated plate supporting one or more wire meshes. The custom punched plate, along with a selection of different mesh weaves, offers the ability to have more control over the open area of our filters. This helps reduce unnecessary pressure drops when using our filters.

We offer a range of materials including: Mild & Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Inconel®, Monel®, Hastelloy® and Aluminium Alloy’s. Each material is of European or North American origin and are available with material certification on request.
